Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel

Great sevice hotel. Comfortable. Expecially I thank for RUBY who is manager here. When I got in trouble. She was very helpful and support me. She was very kind. I was touched. Again Thank you RUBY.

The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The rooms are cosy and clean. The outside views are also pretty good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a good variety and is nutritious. Overall, it is excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Sheraton is a nice hotel with all the necessities. Staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was kind and provided daily items even though I and my dnd sign up. There were 2 things that I did not care for... 1: All 4 pillows on the bed were feather pillows and provided zero support. I used all 4 to sleep on and they still pretty much went flat. My recommendation is to do like other hotels and provide 2 of those and 2 that are more supportive of good sleep. An equivalent would be the DoubleTree pillows which in my opinion rank as some of the best hotel pillows around. 2: I get that everyone is all up in arms about the environment but sacrificing quality on the toilet paper by using what basically amounted to a near see through butt napkin is not the way. Specifically, because these are so thin that it takes many to not have them tear when you don't want them to. In my opinion it is taking more of these single sheets that it would have to use standard big roll. Sheraton is not a budget hotel, don't skimp on the quality, especially when it comes to bedding and bathroom since those are the most important parts of the hotel stay for most regular travellers.

We went there for the le petit chef. It was immersive theatre and dining combined. It was my second times to celebrate my birthday with le petitchef. First time just my daughter and me. This time we also went with 4 other friends. The food was better than last year. We definitely like it.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel, and the exceptional staff truly made the experience stand out. At the front desk, Andrea and Miguel were welcoming and efficient. Manpreet, the doorman, was friendly and attentive. A special shout-out to John, the doorman, who went above and beyond to help me with my luggage—his kindness made arrival and departure completely stress-free. Dining was excellent. Alan, overseeing interim dining, provided outstanding service, and Namdida made breakfast a pleasure. At Harold’s, Yvonne was a fantastic server, with Kori and Nandani ensuring everything ran smoothly. Thank you as well to Marvin, the Duty Manager, whose leadership and care for guests were clearly evident. Overall, a comfortable hotel with an incredible team. I highly recommend the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel and would gladly stay agai due to the A+ Team!!

Upon arriving the power was out and was not able to check or use room. Staff were helpful in carrying my bag up flights of stairs. I was given2glow sticks as the daylight was diminishing quickly at 4:30 pm. When I returned from a walk and dinner elsewhere the power was back. I noticed there were finger marks on the glass bedside table not from me and I have included video of the goo on the desk lamp that I was able to remove with tissue but indicating the cleaning staff need to do better. The coffee bar area was not fully stocked as there was one cup for coffee and 2 lids, 3 coffee pods not 4. There was no discount despite the inconvenience of having arrived with no power to see or use the amenities. The shuttle is so convenient. Staff were all very kind and friendly and apologetic.

I stayed at Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel before a morning flight, and it was a really solid choice for a quick trip. The free airport shuttle made getting to and from Vancouver International Airport easy and stress-free. I just waited in the lobby for the scheduled shuttle and it dropped me off right at the terminal. There were a few nice extras that made the visit easier. The outdoor pool and hot tub were ready to use if you want to relax before a flight, and the fitness centre was open 24 hours so I could fit in a quick workout. I also liked that there was a Starbucks in the lobby when I wanted coffee in the morning.

Due to a cancelled flight at YVR, I ended up with the airline shuttling me to the Sheraton Vancouver Airport for the night. The staff here are amazing-- every one that I had contact with (from front desk staff, restaurant, cleaning, lobby) went out of their way to be helpful and were genuinely friendly. This was particularly impressive in that they had very little notice that around 80 rooms were suddenly getting booked and would be filled with unhappy travelers who did not want to be there. The room was nice, clean, quiet, good individual control of temperature/air. Also a great area for food! Richmond is full of great little restaurants.
